Originally I had planned to make a triple post and really put some time down for poses and facial exploration for a character I'm working on. Unfortunately, I had to cut it off at 2 (as another project pushed its way to the front) this has thrown my posts off a little but I will catch up fully with tomorrows post. I am currently working on a couple of character projects on the backend. One of them is an interactive fiction with a few like minded friends, I had/have a commission that I've been putting off for a while (got design approval today) and a potential paid project for a client (pending). I'm a little more in demand then I'm used to but its good to be busy!
My initial plans with my first stream (91) was to clean up a few poses (Poses 1/2) I had done in stream 90 but in explaining my process, I didn't get too far which made me want to double bill it with the next stream. In the interim I managed to bash out a rough Pose 3 from reference and Pose 4 from my imagination. These poses need to be explored in more detail (very rough) but at that point I wanted to have some facial samples of our female character for a group catchup over discord (one of my projects). Head E was the the clear favourite but I cannot get past G... something about it. I intend to do many more so I can say I explored the character further before committing.

My anatomy skill still has its ups and downs but to feel more confident is something that I never take lightly. As I gain in confidence the more I make huge leaps with my art which benefits me in the long run. In all my creative endeavours the reason many of them never get off the ground is because I never have confidence in them. The more I work on these silly sketches the more characters are starting to feel like a place I go to to just relax and I never used to feel that with drawing at all. If anything I was always on edge because I thought I'd do something wrong... now I've made that the point of my art, do something "wrong" and maybe you learn/draw something "right".
